Rental guest security form

Owners who rent: please ensure that your guests are prepared with this security form when they arrive

The security guards at the Pluma require all rental guests to complete a form upon arrival with details of their guest reservation and property. Guests will need to show ID, and IDs and license plates will be photographed (standard security procedure in Mexico). The guards will then issue a red security tag for each guest vehicle to display to pass easily in and out during their stay.

To ensure your guests have a quick and easy experience arriving in Akumal Norte, please be sure that you or your rental agent has prepared your guests to give the completed security form to the Pluma guard upon arrival.
