Gate Operations

Over the past month, work has been completed on both the entry and exit vehicle gates.

The entry gate system was replaced. The initial unit installed was a lightly used system that ultimately did not perform as expected. After several adjustments and replacements over a few weeks, a properly functioning gate operator is now installed and working correctly.

The exit gate was also serviced last month. A new arm was installed, and the system was fully serviced. The exit gate is now operating normally and reliably.

Camera System

The security camera system has been updated, and four cameras are currently operational.

Two additional cameras are mounted on taller metal posts. These posts are heavily corroded and need to be replaced before the cameras can be reinstalled. Replacement of the posts is planned for the next few weeks, after which those cameras will be returned to service.

Security Gate (Pluma) Area Maintenance

A maintenance worker now visits a few times each month to clean the exterior area around the security gate and guard building, helping maintain the appearance and functionality of the space.

Security Building (Caseta) Improvements

Plans are underway to refresh the interior of the security building. The work will include:

• Interior cleaning
• Minor painting and touch-ups
• Improved lighting

In addition, a defibrillator is now available for emergency use by trained personnel.
