Dear Neighbors,

We're so glad you’re part of the Akumal Norte community!  Vecinos de Akumal Norte A.C. is our neighborhood association.  Vecinos exists to help keep our community safe, well-maintained, and thriving for everyone who lives, works, and visits here. We partner with local authorities, environmental agencies, and neighbors to:

• Maintain security at the pluma and keep our area safe.
  
• Improve infrastructure like lighting, roads, and signage.
  
• Support local initiatives that benefit residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
  
• Represent our community’s interests with government and outside organizations.

Although some properties are vacation rentals and others are full-time homes, we all benefit from a clean, safe, and well-managed neighborhood. Your participation helps keep Akumal Norte the beautiful and welcoming place we all love. And becoming a member gives you a vote in the February elections for the Vecinos board of directors. It also makes you eligible to be a candidate!
