As we all know, adequate street lighting is essential for the safety and well-being of everyone in the Akumal community. It has come to our attention that none of the lights on the bridge to the Pueblo are working at the moment, posing risks to pedestrians, cyclists and motorists alike, especially at dusk and at night. Many employees that live in the Pueblo walk and bike this bridge on a daily basis.

To address this issue and make our streets safer for everyone, we are launching a fundraising campaign to replace the lights that are on the bridge going into the Pueblo. By coming together as a community, we can illuminate our streets and enhance the security and livability of Akumal.
