A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our successful community clean-up event on March 29th. Your support, dedication, and generosity truly made a difference. Vecinos once again took pride in organizing and coordinating the event on behalf of our community.

We express immense gratitude to the 50 workers and volunteers who tirelessly contributed their skills and labor. Your unwavering commitment ensured the success of our clean-up efforts, leaving our community cleaner and more beautiful. Your hard work and enthusiasm were invaluable.

To our community members, we extend sincere thanks for your donations and shared commitment to making a positive impact on Akumal Norte. Your contributions, totaling almost $45,000 pesos for trucks and supplies, were instrumental to our success.  We are profoundly grateful for your generosity and support.

In addition to our clean-up efforts, we also painted the sidewalk to prevent unauthorized parking, enhancing the safety and aesthetics of our community.

A special acknowledgment goes to Jamie Cost, a beloved member of our community, for his gracious donation of lunch at La Buena Vida for all volunteers. Jamie's kindness added an extra layer of camaraderie to the event, further strengthening the bonds within our community.

Lastly, we want to give a big thanks to the group leaders, including several Vecinos board members, for their exceptional work in guiding and organizing the volunteers throughout the clean-up process. Your leadership and dedication were instrumental in the smooth execution of the event.
