A Letter from Vecinos President Ricardo Mangione

Dear Residents of Akumal Norte,

As we near the end of another calendar year, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had together as a community. It brings me immense joy to share with you that this past year has been challenging but outstanding for Vecinos of Akumal Norte. 

Our community has flourished in numerous ways, and it is all thanks to the unwavering support, cooperation, and active participation of our residents. We witnessed many achievements and positive changes that have contributed to making our neighborhood an even better place to live. 

Throughout the year, we’ve successfully implemented a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing our neighborhood's overall quality of life, from community cleanups that have improved our landscaping, to regular landscape maintenance of Pablo Bush Park and Yalku park, to upgraded community security services and the installation of new solar lights along the road. Your continued support and involvement have been pivotal in making these projects a reality. 

I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the people who have generously dedicated their time and effort to ensure the smooth functioning of Vecinos. Your commitment and enthusiasm have been instrumental in driving positive change and maintaining the beauty of our community. 

As we look ahead to the upcoming year, let us continue to build upon the success and accomplishments of this year. Your ideas, suggestions and active involvement remain crucial in shaping the future of our neighborhood. 

In closing, I want to express my sincerest appreciation to each and every one of you for your contributions, donations, support and commitment to making our community a wonderful place to call home. Together, we have made this past year an exceptional one, and I’m confident that the year ahead holds even more promising opportunities for our community.
