• Vote in elections for Vecinos officers and board members (a membership carries one vote in Vecinos elections, but gives access to member resources to a co-owner you designate)

Application Process 

• Applying for membership is simple - just choose your property type (casa, apartamento, or lote) below and click Next
• When you submit your application, you’ll be billed for a one-time membership registration fee of $5,000 (MXN) along with your first year dues, which will be prorated from your date of ownership if you bought your property during the current membership year, which runs from March to February.
• You’ll then need to verify your ownership and confirm your agreement to the terms of membership as specified in the Vecinos bylaws (click here to view)
• When your documentation is approved by the Vecinos board and your one-time membership registration fee and pro-rated dues are paid, you'll be be notified by email and you will have full access to all Vecinos member resources and be eligible to vote - bienvenidos!
