Important New Security Gate Process at "La Pluma"

To all Akumal Norte owners and community members:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing with an important update regarding the security procedures at our community's entrance gate, known as "La Pluma."

In September 2023, we implemented a new process at the security gate to enhance the safety and security of our community. We believe that these changes will contribute significantly to maintaining a secure environment for all residents, guests, and workers, but we need your help and your property manager's help to follow the process for yourselves, your workers, and your guests.

Here are the key points of the security gate process:

1. Vehicle registration and ID check. All vehicles entering Akumal Norte without displaying a security tag must stop at the gate and present identification to our security personnel. IDs and license plates will be photographed, which is standard security procedure in Mexico.
   
   
2. Guest registration. Guests visiting our community are required to present an access form provided by the owners/managers, available for download by clicking here. Upon registration at the gate, guests will receive a red tag, which must be displayed on their vehicle's front window throughout their stay. Failure to return the red tag at the end of their stay will result in a charge of $100 pesos per tag to the respective owners.
   
   
3. Administrator and worker registration. Administrators and workers are also required to present identification and identify the property where they work upon entry. Upon registration, they will receive a yellow tag to be displayed on their vehicle.
   
   
4. Owner registration. All owners must register with identification. Upon registration, owners will receive a blue tag, which should be displayed on their vehicle's front window.
   
   
5. Display of tags. It is mandatory for all vehicles to display their respective tags in the front window at all times while within Akumal Norte.

The security process aims solely to enhance the safety and security of our community. There are no additional costs associated with this new system for any community member other than fees for guest tags that are not returned, which you are free to pass along to your guests if you choose.

Your cooperation and adherence to these new security measures are greatly appreciated. We believe that by working together, we can ensure the continued safety and well-being of everyone within Akumal Norte.

Importante nuevo proceso de puertas de seguridad en
"La Pluma"

A todos los propietarios y miembros de la comunidad de Akumal Norte:

Espero que esta carta te encuentre bien. Estoy escribiendo con una actualización importante sobre los procedimientos de seguridad en la puerta de entrada de nuestra comunidad, conocida como "La Pluma."

En septiembre de 2023, implementamos un nuevo proceso en la puerta de seguridad para mejorar la seguridad de nuestra comunidad. Creemos que estos cambios contribuirán significativamente a mantener un entorno seguro para todos los residentes, huéspedes y trabajadores, pero necesitamos su ayuda y la ayuda de su administrador de la propiedad para seguir el proceso por ustedes mismos, sus trabajadores y sus invitados.

Estos son los puntos clave del proceso de la puerta de seguridad:

1. Registro de vehículos y verificación de identificación. Todos los vehículos que entren a Akumal Norte sin mostrar una etiqueta de seguridad deben detenerse en la puerta y presentar una identificación a nuestro personal de seguridad. 2. Registro de invitados. Los huéspedes que visitan nuestra comunidad deben presentar un formulario de acceso proporcionado por los propietarios/gerentes, disponible para descargar haciendo clic aquí. Al registrarse en la puerta, los huéspedes recibirán una etiqueta roja, que debe mostrarse en la ventana frontal de su vehículo durante toda su estancia. El no devolver la etiqueta roja al final de su estadía resultará en un cargo de $100 pesos por etiqueta a los respectivos propietarios.
   
   
3. Registro de administrador y trabajador. Los administradores y los trabajadores también están obligados a presentar la identificación e identificar la propiedad donde trabajan al entrar. Al registrarse, recibirán una etiqueta amarilla que se mostrará en su vehículo.
   
   
4. Registro de propietarios. Todos los propietarios deben registrarse con identificación. Al registrarse, los propietarios recibirán una etiqueta azul, que debe mostrarse en la ventana frontal de su vehículo.
   
   
5. Exhibición de etiquetas. Es obligatorio que todos los vehículos exhiban sus respectivas etiquetas en la ventana frontal en todo momento mientras estén dentro de Akumal Norte.

El proceso de seguridad tiene como único objetivo mejorar la seguridad de nuestra comunidad. No hay costos adicionales asociados con este nuevo sistema para cualquier miembro de la comunidad, aparte de los cargos por las etiquetas de invitados que no se devuelven, que usted es libre de pasar a sus invitados si lo desea.
